Mini-Heart Model, 3 piece #2550:

This anatomical model shows normal heart anatomy; myocardial infarction heart demonstrating a partially healed, thinned, and discolored infarcted area. Including a thrombus in the apex of the heart; and a heart demonstrating congestive heart failure as a result of hypertension. The left ventricle hypertrophy and the correspondingly enlarged and distorted shape of the heart is shown both internally and externally. Cross section illustrates enlarged and failing heart muscle consistent with Congestive Heart Failure. Myocardial infarction with blood clot and necrotic tissue. All heart models are approximately 50% actual size.
